Your details, kept in their place

Untitled Studio is an independent multidisciplinary art and design studio in Melbourne. This page explains how we handle the details you send us when you start a project.

It covers one thing: the enquiry form on our contact page. When you write to us there, you give us a few details so we can reply. Here is what we ask for, why we ask for it and what we do with it.

We have kept it short and plain, the same way we would explain it to you in the studio.

What the form asks for

The form asks only for what we need to answer you properly.

  • Your name, so we know who we are writing to.
  • A way to reach you, so our reply arrives where you expect it.
  • A few words about the work you have in mind, so we can understand the project before we respond.

You decide how much to tell us about your project. A short note is enough to begin a conversation. Please leave out anything you would rather not share in writing; we can talk it through later.

How we use your enquiry

We read every enquiry ourselves and use your details to reply to you about your project. If we go on to work together, your enquiry becomes the starting point for that conversation.

We do not add you to a mailing list because you got in touch, and we use what you send only for the purpose you sent it.

Asking about your details

If you would like to know what you have sent us, correct it, or ask us to remove it, write to us through the same form on our contact page and tell us what you need. We will reply to you there.
